  15. Rather than going through the painful process of rendering IFF, then 
  16. using IFF2Clip , then cleaning up, then doing the whole thing over, is 
  17. there an Arexx script that will assemble the clip for you automatically?

  19. I thought I once saw a reference to a Newtek script that would do this, 
  20. named waitfor.rexx or something like that.

  22. Now that I've installed Flyer 4.1B, I noticed a utility that will let you 
  23. assemble clips directly from LW Intel.  Is is safe to render to a flyer 
  24. drive _directly_ using Samba?  Will it create the Icon file for you as 
  25. well.  This would probably be the best way, though waitfor.rexx (or 
  26. whatever) has the advantage of allowing you to interrupt the render and 
  27. resume without problems whereas I'm not sureif you can do that by 
  28. generating clip anims directly.

  30. While we're on the subject of anims, I can only use the Newtek .avi, 
  31. neither the HIIP avi16 nor the HIIP avi32 work for me!  Also, the Newtek 
  32. AVI is weird, it won't let me name a _new_ animation, I have to copy an 
  33. AVI, rename it, and then overwrite it hwn I'm ready to render.  Would 
  34. dropping my HIIP plugins and adding them again help?
